The Seattle Civic Square is a proposed 520-foot (160 m) tall skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. It is proposed to be completed in 2011 and have 40 floors.[1] The top 17 floors will consist mainly of condominiums, with the lower 23 floors being used as office space.[2] It has been designed to meet LEED Platinum standards. If built, the tower will be part of the Seattle Civic Center which includes the Seattle Municipal Tower and several smaller buildings. The Public Safety Building, which was demolished in 2005, sat on this site. The project is on hold since December 2008.
